• you have the right to request AI translation;
• the uploaded content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

You are solely responsible for your uploaded content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for:

• illegal activities;
• copyright infringement;
• impersonation or fraud;
• uploading malicious software;
• violating privacy rights;
• generating content intended to deceive others.

5. AI Processing

The Service uses artificial intelligence and third-party providers to process videos.

AI-generated translations may contain mistakes.

We do not guarantee perfect translation accuracy.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service may use trusted third-party providers including but not limited to:

• HeyGen
• Cloudflare
• Paddle
• Render

These providers process data only as required to deliver the Service.

7. Payments

Full video translation requires payment.

Prices are displayed before checkout.

Payments are processed by Paddle or another authorized payment provider.

We do not store your payment card information.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.

9. Intellectual Property

The software, branding, website, and source code remain our intellectual property.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.

10. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Maintenance and outages may occur.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• translation inaccuracies;
• business losses;
